today was kind of sucky.
i really really hate fedex. i don't understand why they'll put packages with medication in my mailbox, but a normal envelope package requires a signature. also, they are supposed to try delivering 3 times. they only tried twice, and said that they would try again today by 3 pm. alas, they never showed and then i had to go and pick up my package at the fedex place.
the problems with the fedex package have kept me from training at my new job, as the package contained my social security card. ugh.
i stopped by my ex-starbucks today to get tips... and somehow i only got $6. i don't get it, some other girl got $35. also, most of the employees ignored me or acted like i had cooties or something. whatever. things are just not right at that store. i'm glad the store manager is back. hopefully he'll get things straight, because i know several others that are a little unhappy there.
i have positive expectations for the starbucks closer to where i live. let's all cross our fingers and hope i'm right.
