The other day I was able to squeeze in a movie after I got off of work, and now remember why I don't go to the movies anymore.
I have been waiting for a long ass time to see Stephen King's The Mist. Ever since I was about 13 or 14 years old. I payed my ticket and went in. When two different sets of black woman sat down on my right. They didn't have anything to do with each other... Just two groupings of black women...
I like to think that I'm not racist, but WHAT THE FUCK!!! Both set of women talked through the whole movie. THE WHOLE GOD DAMNED MOVIE. A movie that I have been waiting to see for a long ass time! I even turned to them and asked "Do you ever shut-the-fuck-up?"
Then they went off on me for about ten minutes! You know I payed to get in this movie too, and I'm willing to place good money on the fact that I've been looking forward to this movie longer then your sorry-ass!!!

So the movie review, because I know you are just dying to know what I have to say about it.
I loved this movie. I thought that it was one of the best Stephen King movies to come out in a long time, and I loved 1408.
It was truly one of the best and most faithful adaptations of a Stephen King book/short story. The acting was top-notch. The Special effects was pretty good... But the end of the movie was something that I had to think about and after thinking about it for a long time I have decided that I liked the very different ending.
For those of you that don't know the end of the book was every open... leaving the reader to figure out what happens next. But... the movie was truly a "punch-in-the-gut" horror movie ending. Sad and thoughtful, and pissed me off. But as I thought about it, the more I thought it a fitting end.

It might have been better if some bitches would just shut the fuck up!!!!
