Well today Sid got to have her corset piercings ogled, commented on, and generally paid attention to when we were out buying crickets for Squee. (two of which he's eaten so far). One woman was, frankly, rude about them. Regardless of how strenuosly you feel about not wanting to get them yourself, it is unnecessary to comment on it to the entirety of the restaurant for 5 minutes straight.
I turned in a paper today. It addressed the historiography of the Jewish persecutions of 1096. I assure you it was thrilling. I get to write another paper this weekend.
I got back from the Wolfsheim show at Manray about an hour ago. It was pretty good, though the band was essentially lifeless on stage. The lead singer didn't even move to the beat... I still had quite a good time though. As always, it's good to see people.
