A most enjoyable evening. I hung out with my friend Zeke this evening. We went to my favoite local bar, only to find that they've temporarily had their license suspended due to a filing error, but they we're having "Prohibition Specials" on some of their food and the dinner bill for both of us came to $6.65.
After that we went to Zeke's favorite comic shop. When we walked in we were greeted with "Hi Zeke, what type of beer do you want?" (It was the owner's birthday and he and several friends were celebrating) So Zeke and I hung out and had a beer with Marcus and some of his friends. Ah for sweet relapses of being a fanboy... But the place rocks. It is the medium through which I was able to see House of 1,000 Corpses and 28 days after well before they were released
Sadly we left before the birthday stripper arrived...
I have Tatu stuck in my head right now, but that's really my own damn fault.
I'm in the midst of planning a little impromtu outing with a few other SG members before I move to Boston. Something fun to look forward to aside from the upcoming North American and World Pipe Band Championships.
