It's really not so bad.
And so, we resolve to soldier on.
Being in some parts of New Brunswick makes my asthma flare up, my skin break out, and makes me feel like a mutant.
Some parts of New Brunswick force me to think inside a box roughly an eighth of the size of the box I've spent my entire adult life learning to think outside of. Some parts of New Brunswick make me want to abandon all hope for humankind.
Other parts of New Brunswick, like the part with gerber babies, people that look like me, houses named "stay foolish," the best cup of coffee in the maritimes, the mopers, the soldiers and the snake-oil peddler, make me feel like I've created a world where I fit right in. Some parts of New Brunswick, like the part that drives for an hour up river to offer "massage therapy" and excellent company, restore my faith in man.
Here's to those beacons of affection and intimacy. Driving down country roads in cars with boys.
In other news..
Fabulous NYE at Faye's and Psycho514's. Great conversation to be had with all sorts. Looking forward to more socializing with the SG bunch in the future.
Went sliding. Was real gung-ho about it too, 'til I went and cracked my head on a mogul on my first run down the hill. Kinda put a damper on things.
And then today I got news they rejected my set. Oh well. Looks like I'll have to get naked again. (hear me complain.)
And documenting that won't be a problem... 'cause I got a digital for Christmas.

My number's 845-6732.. though it probably won't be for long.. there's an 85% chance that I'll be moving this month.
I don't think I'll have to miss any classes, since I'm not crawling into bed every 5 minutes, but this whole no kissing thing bites!
