Just came back from the tech and now I finally know whats wrong with my mac:
IT HAS FOXDIE! (insert MGS music) dun dun DUNDUNDUN... dun dun DUN!
Apparently my mac belonged to a bad batch of HDDs and that's why it was acting up. Fortunately I didn't lost my data and Apple is gonna send me a new HDD free of charge. Tech guy says I was lucky because the most common issue was spontaneus formatting of all the data, so... yeah, lucky me.
So If you're having booting issues or dissapearing files in your mac, check your serial number in the apple's site, maybe you can get a free replacement too
Oh and on the local food, I give you: Papadzules!
Not that great, tho', theyre like boiled egg tacos; tasty yeah, but I had to go for a burger after that
