So i was at the gym the other day, and out of curiosity i stepped on the scale. Slid the weights over to 250, and the bar wouldn't balance out. so i slid it a little further down, and then a little further down. Until finally it settled on 275. Needless to say i was surprised. Over the last 2 weeks I've had to slide my belt tighter and tighter cause my waist was shrinking. Then it occurred to me, All that weight lifting and no running. Sure I'm losing fat, but my weight is increasing from the muscle
, So I'm no the heaviest I've ever been and in some of the best shape of my life. Just don't ask me to run long distances.
