Hello beautiful people!!
Here again to tell you, this time, about my last time going to Spain and, as Murphy said "Anything can go wrong, does"... or worst, in my case! So, get comfy once again and let's start this how with the epiness it should be.
It was a dark a rainy nigh in London (Like, seriously, when doesn't rain here?!) and left the house in advance... 4 hours in advance, to be specific! Still, there was an accident (the people on the car were sound and safe, thankfully) but, with the delay, instead of getting to the airport with enough time to have a last greasy full english breakfast before the plane; had to deal with just a bag of crisp from the duty free area (quite disappointed already at this time but, what could I do?) Our plane was delayed for like 30 minutes and when we finally got to Madrid it was awfully hot! Like, seriously... I'm Spanish and all that but, well, wasn't ready for 30ºc (86º for those across the sea d: ).
The rest of the trip was rather... amazing! Until we had to go visit the rest of my family down south and I made a bit of a terrile mistake booking the bus tickets, so we had to leave one day later than we though (Technology, my nemesis!) and had a lovely time on the sea side. Fresh fried fish and enough alcohol to drown all the London stress. "So far so good" you would think until we were about to leave!
Our bus was leaving from my seaside hometown to the main city at 7 am and was meant to be at the main city station at 8:30 am with 45 f*cking minutes before the bus that will take us to Madrid. Well, guess what? As we were getting to the station...it was leaving!! Still now can't really believe it. Did god hate me or the planets aligned just to f*ck me up?! Well, after discovering that we had to take a bus at 20:00, decided to go and get wasted in my "since I stepped in that city" pub or, how I like to call it... My "alma mater". Still, almost lost that second bus, though.
We finally got safe to Madrid and enjoy the rest of the trip, until the airpot where they took my toothbrush on the airport border! Like, how am I supposed to damaged anyone with a toothbrush? Am I gonna brush the pilot teeth so good that it'll cause another plane to crash?
The plane was safe, thankfully because, at this point, I thought it'll crash or something else will come up to ruin my last bit of relax... it didn't! Still, it was lovely to see family, friends and celebrate my birthday with all my beloved people! I might leave for the airport 5 hours in advance next time, though!
Hope you had a bit of a laught reading another one of my blog post and... well, hopefully you enjoyed way more than I did! Thanks for taking some time to read and see you on the next one!!
Kisses and spanks, you naughty lovely people!
PS: I've been trying to post one picture from the holidays but it seems impossible... of course! u.u
