Well, not much to report...
A busy week full of essay-writing, reading the Tempest (I was Antonio when I was 12, and can still remember all the really good monologues) and watching loads of movies. Last night was The Nightmare Before Xmas and Vincent. I love my Burton macabre so much. I even had to sing along to Sally's song melancholically.... Just a little.
I also took myself to karaoke and sang 99 Red Balloons, Folom Prison Blues and Downtown.
Am catching up on my art portfolio. THe mask I'm working on is turning out pretty creepy; a la Carnival in Venice. Last night in a fit, I added false eyelashes and started giving it bangs. Well, it *is* supposed to be me...
My computer is still messed up, so again I'm at the mercy of the cybercafe. Less to distract me at home, I suppose... But not as much commenting on all you lovely journals. Sigh.
Today I am staging a preventative antisocial strike. I'm keeping to myself.. But then again, I really like my compnay anyhow.
I'm also making a jello mould for the dinner I've been invited to tomorrow. My roommate's family in Red Deer is fabulous - so I'm breaking out the marshino cherries and wearing a crinolone, like the fabulous cliche I am. Muhahaha.
Despite all said loveliness, I do miss my family- and the happy family tourism makes me miss them more.
Happy Thanksgiving, kiddies.
