Hello Love bugs!!!
Happy Sundies!!
I hope you all have had a wonderful weekend! Sadly, mine did not start off very well. This past Thursday was my Dad;s big 5-0 and I planned on driving 3 hours home to visit him and surprise him. Well the day I was to leave my car started making this AWFUL rattling noise in the back. The best way I could describe it to the Mechanic was to say that it sounded like there was a body in my trunk. His response... well take him out!!
On a normal day I would have laughed but I really wanted to surprise my family with my homecoming. I brought my car in and he said based just on the sound that it was the struts in the rear and that I shouldn't drive it long distances. My heart sank. I had to call my mom, who knew I was coming, and cancel. So now, I have a hella expensive repair staring me in the face. Thank goodness for my rainy day fund or this would have really ruined the weekend.
Thankfully, my good friend wanted to cheer me up so she came over with a Pumpkin Spice Latte (even tho it was 88 degrees out) and a stack of movies. We decided to have a Pirates of the Caribbean marathon. It was really nice to have some girl chat time. It helped turn the weekend around.
On Saturday morning I got up really early and decided to hang out at the pool while it was still quiet. The sun was amazing so I took a few selfies.
Later that day my girl friend came back to spend the day with me. We spent the morning by the pool and the afternoon shoe shopping. Well, she shopped I browsed lol
Today, I had to attend a Benefit for the Brother of a very dear friend of mine. The benefit was held at a local bar and grill. A lot of motor clubs came out to support so you can imagine the retro fabulousness that was happening. I decided to wear one of the Pinup dresses I got for my birthday and rock it with the rest of them. It was a really amazing time and a lot of people donated to the family. It was a very successful event!
So, that was the breakdown of my weekend. Started off on a bit of a low note but ended on a high one!
Now, time to promote some sexy ladies!!
This past week these ladies all had a set hit MR! Be sure to take a moment to check them out and leave them some lovin!

In about 45 days I will see her in LA and I would love to see her PINK!!

glad things got better, sorry bout the car. Seems wierd though struts don't go all of a sudden normally. Take care beautiful!
