Another sign, that our short summer is fast coming to a close.
The rain has brought about a temperature, that's obscene to say the least. As if we needed another reminder that the warm summer nights can't last forever. At least it's dark by 9 again so I can get to sleep at night.
It's funny I've always been such a winter person, but I'm not ready for the seasons to change, this year. I think because of my injury, I've missed out on all the cycling and swimming and hiking this year.
Saturday Night:
2 Beer
2 Shots Southern Comfort
14 Rum & Coke
None of this added up to enough courage for Karaoke (thank god). Oddly enough, I wasn't drunk at all! Surprising? Not really, My wife drank most of it.

So, How is school going for the little tike? does he like it. It is strange to watch children go to school....our daughter starts the 2nd grade in a bout week...and she already talks like a teenager-the time flys my friend. Hope all is well with the family, injury, and fast fading summer.....feel the chill it is good for the bones.
