can you see me thru those foggy eyes to tell me you love me and wake me up when it's all over and the last bit of beer is gone from our mouths and w/cotton laughter we speak of how great it could be when we were together and no matter of the plans of the summer i'll speak thru a hazy wine glass in the cellar and make poems from the dust that has covered my spine and make me a believer that love is allowed in a cemetary w/out the doors come forth and declare that maybe i'm beautiful you are amazing when you smile--
and blush.
and the absolute best for the years to come.
there will be haikus shattered in hallways when you pass thru the gates.
and an awakening...so pure and cathartic that i jerk-off gallons of laughter into the atmosphere.
take me away to those lands that we speak of and stay w/me while i shiver asleep and remember i'm here and full of surprise when you look at me in the eyes and you see my soul.
you are northern you silly chef w/the poet's eyes.
and blush.
