so i have a goal and its to get fit by june 15 2013 its #1 on my list to get fit and go shirt less at the beach i started on august 2012 really getting into it, my body fat was 17.9 on december of 2012 my body fat was 13.5, and now so far my body fat is 6.1 i'm really pushing it working hard as hell to get into shape and finish with a straight A on my list of goals so tell me what do you guys think so far
