I have a studio that I rent along with 3 other people. (All 3 are porn stars.) I have some ideas that I would like to pursue but the other 3 feel that me using the studio for the ideas I have would devalue their brand and their company (which I also profit from). I disagree with them but not sure how I want to move forward. I considered that I could ditch them & the studio but I consider them friends so that would be hard to do. Another option is to not pursue the new ideas and the final option is that I could try to find another studio to rent as mine & mine alone. (This one likely isn't possible right now.)
