1.The Date: I dont really know what to say. He is cute, he cant drive a car with shoes on(South Africans, always bare foot!), his books are his most precious possession, he lives in Scandinavian house near the beach, plays guitar and signs beautifully and I would like to see him again. But butI dont know. We see. I had South African boyfriend in London two years ago and lot of things in this guy really remind me of him, just too many similarities! Anyways..well see, Im not gonna panic too much now
Besides Im leaving the country soon.
2.Actually, probably not leaving so soon. I will extend my visa and stay until beginning of August!!!wuhuu!! In next two weeks I need to sort out lots of paper work and get my flight re-issued, the travel agency has made a mistake and the ticket says it has expired 31st March this year. I hope I can get a new one on time for the home affairs, apparently they require that.
3. Surfing!!!Im stoked. Today I was supposed to work from home but instead went surfing and had such a good time. I also went yesterday and Im really starting to get a hang of it now. I regret that I did not get on board and wetsuit right in the beginning when I came to SA but I still got two months to learn now. And theres always lot of surfer dudes willing to help you if you need advice
or even if you dont need they will still give you advice
4.Its almost weekend again!Yippee! Not that I would have really worked hard this week. I think the weather is getting worse again, we just had two absolutely great sunny winter days. I hope to go climbing to the indoor hall tomorrow eve and to mountains on Saturday. Also been invited to few parties over the weekend. I think Saturday we go to see local ska/reggae band the Rudimentals. The singer is a friend of my flatmate and it is also my flatmates leaving party so should be a good nite out!And tomorrow there is a pyjama party at a gothic club near uswhat will goths wear to a pyjama party..Im interested to see that.
Sorry no pics this time..hopefully got some nice climbing photos after the weekend!
