Well if all goes at it supposed to the house will be sold tomorrow, I certainly hope all goes well since it is cutting it mighty close to the holiday for such nonsense. Was supposed to shoot with a good friend (took the black and whites) but had to do house stuff instead. No fun.

But if all goes well it will be great to be in Dallas proper and not in Rockwall (great house, great experience, sick of mowing 10+ freaking acres though) Will miss being so close to the lake, but happy to be near like-minded folks instead of the happy muffin-baking, PTA-going, good citizens of Rockwall. Not that there is anything wrong with any of the above, not by a long shot, but one has to have a little variety and I have a hard time with these people who take themselves so seriously.

So I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I hope they aren't stuck that way in the morning.

On a most exciting note, order placed for a little .308 toy from Accuracy International and don't think there will be much sleeping till it gets here. But now some intensive resuscitation is in order for the saving account, LOL!

The families in Frisco are mostly like the ones you describe in Rockwall. We are definitely not in the majority.

If I had the choice to live in TX or Australia, I would choose Australia. It seems strange to me that you are here instead of back in Brisbane.

We are planning to move to Seattle, and possibly Canada eventually.

Good luck with the move, hopefully Dallas for you is as nice as Houston was for me. I was just there for Thanksgiving for the first time, I loved it and would think about relocating to TX if it weren't for the job.
