I went from 317 to 314. So, yay? I guess. It's a step in the right direction, in fact it's better than my 2lb a week goal. It's just... so fat.

I know you can do it. My most precious friend who I have known for 16 years was around 350 at one point. She's I think 5'10. She worked really hard after trying for years. I don't know how she did it, but with hard work and her will to do it...she got down to 160. Not sure where she is at now, but I know she is happy...and currently pregnant! hehe. I love her more then almost anything in the world. She is amazing. You're pretty fucking awesome yourself, just take it bit by bit and you will reach your goals
