Ya know somethin' scary? Standing on a metal barge in the middle of a lagoon, surrounded by explosives and then seeing lightning. Yeah, that was my day. Fuckin' sucked. I swear, if I hear any guests make ANy complaints about our fireworks, I am going to throw them in the lagoon. Or maybe stick some pyro down there shorts. After all the shit we've had to do in the rain to get this show ready, they better appreciate it.
I need a day off. I was supposed to have tomorrow off, but now I am going in for a ten hour shift (the rain has put us behind). I need the overtime, but I am going to work at least 50 hours next week, so I just want a day to sleep. Just sleep all day would be awesome. So, for those of you out there with lives and free time, enjoy it. Have a drink for me. Southern Comfort and Coke preferably.
