Yes, I have problems showing emotion. Logic has predictable outcomes, I know what will happen when I enter into a debate with someone. Exchanges in which emotion is involved do not lead to foreseeable outcomes, which is why I tend to avoid them, but not really on purpose; It's a knee-jerk reaction by now. For this I apologize. Believe me there are many times many times I wish this was not so, but it is, at least for now.
Let me tell you something though. When the shit hits the fan, and I mean hard. When things go badly, or dangerously, or unexpectedly, there is no one you want on your side more than a person who is unemotional and at least slightly arrogant. Voila. I am built, both physically and mentally for the worst-case scenario. I am swift, decisive, quick to judge, quicker to action, and loyal to a fault. I am blunt; I will tell you what I am thinking without reservation or restraint. With me on your side we will make it. It may involve situations you're not comfortable with, but that's my job.
Put another way, when the zombies come, give me a lead pipe and let's keep moving.
