Been a while since an entry, but I still don't have much to report. No topics of interest for me to make a long-winded entry about, so here's a quick bullet point update:
- The writing project has begun, and is going well. They want a minimum of 25,000 words. I haven't been keeping track of how much I've written so far, but I've been adding a little every day. The longest part is still ahead, but I still have 2 weeks to go until it gets submitted to play-testing/editing.
- Since the project requires that I actually know what I'm talking about I have been playing a lot of Everquest 2 the last 2 weeks. Since I've been playing a lot I find I have much less to talk about to normal, non-EQ2 playing folks. Hence no updates.
- The Girlfriend will be here in 9 days! I am pretty excited, although she will have to make some allowances for my online class and the writing.
- Speaking of the class, it's good. It's giving me the right amount of information at the right speed for it all to make sense. We haven't reached anything about HTML/web design that I don't know yet, but I think that will change next week. So far it's all stuff I learned from keeping a blog.
And that's it for now. It's ridiculously hot here in Portland, where no one ever build apartments with air conditioning. I have fans going all over the place, but a fan is no substite for a good A/C unit.
Sweatily yours,

How long is she staying?
prockgirlscout:
Hopefully we'll be moved there by the time she comes up again, then.
