I had an epic post in mind when I sat down at my, now fully functional, computer. Then I started playing Fallout and it all slipped my mind. Here's the short version:
This year has gone very well so far. After being gone from California for a week, Cody (aka The Girlfriend)flew up here and stayed with me for the last 4 days. She left this afternoon.
2 weeks into the new year and I have enjoyed most of it. There are little difficulties on the horizon. My ear is still a problem. Money is tight. I seem to be allergic to something, but no one knows what. I don't have a maid. There are not enough good RPGs for the PS3. You know, little things like that. Otherwise, life am good.
I had this whole epic story that started with me making a hamburger, but it seems really tiresome to type it all out. In short, I make good hamburgers now. I didn't used to, but now I do. That's the epic tale of transformation and self improvement. Tada. I think we all learned something.

I learned that I really want a hamburger for breakfast.

It's a charmed life.
