It looks like I have no excuses not to go to Fan Faire this August. I was going to use money as my excuse since I have almost none, and don't know when that situation is going to change. One of my EQ2 guildmates asked if I was going and when I explained my situation offered me a hotel room, and a plane ticket. See, I'll be going to Defcon to talk to him about business. No really, that's what's I'm doing there. Fer realz. I'll be signing a paper saying as much so the tax man writes off the plane ticket and hotel room, so that's what I'm doing there.

I do plan to stop by Defcon. I think that will be a lot more fun than hanging around with a bunch of EQ2 cosplayers and RPG nerds hunched over their laptops. Thankfully most of my guildmates are on the same page as I am, and plan to spend little to no time at Sony's convention, and a lot of time at strip clubs, bars and restaurants.

The summer looks like good times.
