well, it's been a while.

how on earth do you change your name, or do you have to have a new account?

am slowly loosing weight, which is frustrating but slowly is better than none at all. i have a goal, which is to get back to the weight i was a few years back before i stopped going to the gym (i know, what did i expect?!) at which point i'll assess how i feel and either carry on or maintain that weight. am rather tired of feeling heavy all the time.

am not going to blog on about what i am now, or do a weigh in, thats going on at work and home, but tips and ideas for food are always welcome.

i intend to be more careful in what i write, any diary i've ever kept, i've gone back to a few months later and destroyed. i really don't like my feelings being aired, and it doesn't help me see that i've moved on. i know i have, i don't need to go back over it and cringe, so thats the reason for my mass purge of everything.
