Well I was off sick today annnnndddd I'll probably be off tomorrow. Its a right bugger though because I work for a music label and me and my flatmate were on the guest list to see one of our artists perform at Ronnie Scotts... I've always wanted to go Ronnie Scotts, we would have gone Garlic and Shots after probably too (for garlic beer and rhyming reasons) dammit ... but I'm too ill - is no fair! Plus I used to see this guy everyday and his band when they were coming in and recording so you know... oh well another day maybe PAH! 
Its good to get the rest though, I've been doing way too much running up to Xmas and have had a touch of the insomnia again for a few weeks. It'll all get better just got to chill and it'll all be cool
