what a blah Saturday its turned out to be ...its rainin meows and woofs for cryin out loud ...
I am glad to say on a grander note that my arm feels a whole heck of a lot better...since the accident I have this never ending popping almost like a grinding sensation in the shoulder joint ...good? hmm not so sure ...we'll see whats actually goin on this monday
