Heya, I hope you're doing OK. Having friends that are depressed all the time is really draining on you, I know. The best thing you can do for them is to be firm yet supportive. It may sound really dumb but 2 different friends of mine who had been morbidly depressed actually beat it with exercise and a healthy diet. Drugs really don't help at all, even the supposed good ones like Prozac etc. etc. Take care mate.

I have a cold at the moment ha it's probably bought on by my partying binges lately haha lack of clothing and lack of sleep through the night. Worth it though think I'll have low key weekend and hopefully feel like myself again next week. Gotta be heatly easter weekend!!
