I've been reading through the Social Anxiety group, which is troubling. I try to write responses, but then I know I'm not going to make friends in there. Everybody is different there, and I doubt there's somebody else there with the same concoction of problems, who could say 'I know EXACTLY what you mean!', which would be the point of writing there. I guess I'm being stupid, because the social anxiety group is about social anxiety, not emetephobia or whatever. It's just that all these different things are connected, and I don't think there's a clear line where they can be seperated. Without social anxiety I wouldn't have emetophobia. I don't even know which came first. I also have symptoms which I'm not sure are from social anxiety or PTSD, because they seem to feed off of each other. And I don't know if the reason I can't follow verbal communication for long is because of OCD or ADD or both.
Very confusing.
My hamster passed away earlier this week, and it seems as though his tiny little spirit is still in here. The cat frequently looks up at where he used to be, with big wide eyes, and I hear his little rustling noises. I experienced the same thing when my last hamster passed away. Then I brought Major Tom home in his space station, partly so there would be a reason for the noises coming out of my closet.
He was a good hamster.
