About a month ago I developed symptoms to this secret (I'd just rather not say) condition, where I feel endless cramping and stabbing pain. I don't think it's normally supposed to be non-stop, but it has been for weeks. I've been trying to be happy regardless because there's nothing I can do aside from surgery or painkillers, which I'm very much opposed to. I've been...

Mind if I ask why you object to surgery and/or painkillers?
schuldig:
I can understand the painkillers thing, but if surgery is needed why not do it?

We had a scare with Weasel. She swallowed chunks of a hard rubber chew toy and became really sick. We were given the option to put her down, or pay a lot for surgery. Thankfully my parents are wonderful, and would rather have Weasel than less debt! The vet was really sweet and took off $200 from the cost.
She stands up on her back...

Okay neighbors from the North. In one week I'm travelling to Dorset, specifically Lake Kawagama for days on end of mountain biking. What else is there to do? If nothing, I'll just keep pedaling.

We brought home a cute little ferret yesterday. My dad has wanted one for as long as I can remember, and my mom finally let him have one. So I bought the ferret, and she bought the cage and accessories for his birthday tomorrow.
He's so cute, but my Screamapillar's afraid of him and I have to stay with her. I don't get to cuddle...

Thank you so much! I am so happy to see your friends list is getting larger! You are doing so well! And I think that perhaps with a little bit of encouragement you will do even more. I think you are wonderful, articulate, and a true warm hearted person!

Thank you so much for being on my friend's list! smile

About a week ago my boyfriend and I were walking at night, and saw a huge black lump on the sidewalk. We suspected it was a ginormous beetle, but it was so big, we didn't really believe it. I tried to throw a rock at it and freaked out before it even got close to it. The rock missed, the lump didn't move, and we...

The owner of the kitty that gets locked out at night is the same guy whose kitten fell off the balcony a while ago, and he told my dad that if the kittens paw was broken from the fall, he was going to drown him in a bucket. Fortunately the kitten was relatively uninjured. I didn't know there were still people out there who would...

Steal it.

I would steal it whilst it is locked out at night...

If you can't keep it, find it a good home in secret. People like that shouldn't own animals.
junnie:
How horrid!!!! I would so steal that kitten right away! Yuck! mad

In the building beside mine I have a neighbor with a habit of locking their cat out on the balcony overnight. We've had our kitty stuck out on the balcony before, until we came back home and saw him looking sadly through the window. I know it happens, and it doesn't mean you're evil if you've locked your pet out. But either these people, are...

I've been reading through the Social Anxiety group, which is troubling. I try to write responses, but then I know I'm not going to make friends in there. Everybody is different there, and I doubt there's somebody else there with the same concoction of problems, who could say 'I know EXACTLY what you mean!', which would be the point of writing there. I guess I'm...

Maybe I should update?
Cats have always been very very important to me, and I was seen as very strange in school because all the way up to grade 6 I was still acting like a cat, biting, meowing and crawling under desks. Needless to say I was never a popular one. I feel ashamed now though to act like a cat because I've learned...

Heh, it's unusual but I wouldn't say "insane"...especially since I have this odd connection with dogs. I swear I had to have been one in my past life if such a thing exists. surreal

I'd love to read the Lenore comics (comics?), because theyre probably sooo cute... But the kitties... I can't handle that! If I see another little pair of Xes for eyes I'm sure I'll cry. I love those little kitties though I've never met them. And I'll never get to meet them now!! frown

Huh, interesting. Yeah, I don't think I've ever known another speller. It's been getting better lately though. Not so much with the finger anymore, but I still think it occasionally. surreal

Oh come one! Lenore is amazing! lol

I have the second compilation book (issues 5-8) and it's great! She is such an adorable little character
