I have a few goals I'd like to achieve in 2024.
My main goal is to get at least 7k steps a day. I work as a purchasing coordinator so much of my time is sitting at a desk. I felt that 7k step is reasonable as as I hit my go consistently I will increase the new goal to 10k steps a day.
My next goal is once a month I'd like to have completed reading a book. I lost touch with reading and have decided that the wind down time before bed would be the perfect time to read and get this goal accomplished. For the month of January, I'll be reading "The Body Keeps the Score," by Bessel Van Der Kolk, M.D.
I have a few other minor goals, but the ones listed are the biggest ones I set myself for the new year. I believe in myself that when my motivation runs out, I will still discipline myself to reach those goals.
