I have three piercings I have all gotten randomly throughout the years.
My first piercing I got was my tongue in 2014 which is the wildest of the three.
I had just left from The Vortex in Atlanta. Yes, that huge laughing skull, the one in little five points!
I was actually hella tipsy from their skull crusher drink and was slightly peer pressured into getting a piercing though I had always wanted to get my tongue done anyway. Of course with the help of A-L-C-O-H-O-L you can be pretty brave for anything.
We parked at the old Murder Kroger parking lot. If you don’t know the history of Murder Kroger in Atlanta, I highly suggest you look it up cause the building is no longer there.
Anyway, So I’m reading all the rules and like one of the number one rule was: Must be Sober! Mind you, I’m still tipsy from that Skull Crusher cause we literally just left from there! So I give them my ID, play it coooooool!!! Checked everything off before the piercing and of course the piercer is like, : “Are you under the influence of alcohol?” Me: “ Oh no, Sir” but I’m smiling like a mother f-er which was probably creepy as hell. Get taken back to the back. BAM! Done super-fast barely felt a thing.
That’s not was wild. My crew and I slightly got chased by homeless people out on the streets leaving and…… the car was booted!!! Like this person booting vehicles was just prowling for people to leave their vehicles unattended at the Murder Kroger parking lot. My friend was so mad at me, but I paid to get the boot taken off. That’s the story of my tongue piercing.
My septum was my second piercing in 2015, but not as exciting. Was another random lets go get it done day.
Just this 2021 in February, I got both my nipples pierced. Was slightly random yet more planned in a way. Went with a friend. Though I kinda felt bad because when I got mine done I didn’t even flinch and said oh really calmly. (I went first) When she went, she was all WTF that shit hurt!! That’s the most from that story. These bad boys are still healing too almost done!!
