One easy thing I do every day to maintain my fitness is drinking water. I know for some people drinking water is a struggle, but like with anything it is something you have to train your body to do. I even struggle with reminders to drink water. Keeping a bottle with reminder times to consume water can be very helpful. Water consumption may not be considered much of a full body workout. Though for me, it’s still a start until I can fully consume being active daily. Baby steps and small progress always count.
