Keeping it positive.
Today giving a colleague a lift home the discussion came onto the gym as we are going to have one in our new office building
I said that I've always been thin and was trying to get myself in shape and he remarked that I'm not thin, I look normally built, even a little buff. Holy shit! I know I'm not really thin anymore but I still feel small, maybe the gym is starting to pay off but this really made me feel great about myself
So what do you all reckon? There are pics froma few days ago attached to my previous blog. Yeah I'm ego stroking now but given what I've been through I could use it
On another positive note I finally did what I had been meaning to do for ages, I signed up to donate 2 a month the WaterAid charity. I'm skeptical of the good some charities do, so many exist just to pay someone's wage (The charity behind the Kony 2012 scam is a prime example of this) But the providing of water makes the most fundamental difference to peoples lives since it is our primary need, hence my choice of the WaterAid charity, about time I put some money where mouth is.
