1) Make damn well sure you have solid people around you. They dont have to do anything but just be there.
2) New job search if you're unhappy with what you're doing. Sure it pays the bills but what/who pays the bill of your soul? You do and only a happy youz got the scrilla. (I think that word fucking rules it! For jokes anyway)
3) Spend time with a friend who needs you. You need them too.
Those are the first three lessons I can think of. I'll let you know if it works.
