I had a blast in Gainesville.
The Fest is an amazing experience....so much fun, and it was over way too quickly.
There's nothing like a whole city's worth of southern hospitality, free beer, tons of pizza and 50 cent hot wings. We only played for 20 minutes but the whole experience was well worth all of the money I dropped for it. I saw tons of bands and made lots of new friends....and drank a lot of beer.
I really like Florida. I thought it would be much different. There's no way in hell any city around here would let something llike that go down. I'm really glad that I'm fortunate enough to be able to do these things.
