It is SOOO weird to be back in North America!!!!!
You never notice how freakin materialistic we are until you live in a 3rd world country for a while.

I can't sum up 3 months in Asia without like writing a book, so if you actually seriously care to hear more details, send me an e-mail wink

I will however tell you my 3 fave places and why:

1. Lhasa, Tibet: where I met people so beautiful and kind that it brought me to tears

2. Kashmir, India: war still rages in Kashmir, but I chanced a visit, and beyond all the guns and military, I found the kindest people I met in India, and one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. I got to stay with a Muslim family and smoke a hookah in a houseboat!!

3. Manali, India: a small mountain village where marijuana grows naturally along the streets. Talk about paradise!!!



But it wasen't all good......

1. 3 months with no snuggles!!! lonely, deprived punkpea frown

2. Got food poisoning, and altitude sickness 3 times

3. In India I got constantly stared at, harassed, repeatedly ripped off, stepped in cow and human shit all the time, and the temperatures peaked at a sickening 48 degrees (120 farenheit) which nearly killed my sorry canadian ass

I missed my little SG crew so much!!! Write me and tell me lots, I'm so out of "the loop"!!!!!!!!!

heh. yeah, my cows hurt for a few days after too. the hike must have been fun. I think the sun's out. I should take the pups for a walk soon. um. no macking frown I would have really liked to have though with the young lady known as Lacey(da girl wit de blonde hair). well. off to get this soup started and then, maybe time to get dressed and walk the puppies.
