4th Of July Weekend Update!!!
I was lucky enough to see the Suicide Girls Burlesque show not just once, but twice! Wow!!! It was amazing, the skits were just totally fun to watch, and I'm really glad I got to see the show twice! Big props must go out to Shera, Stormy, Sicily, Reagan, Pearl, Nixon, & Ravenisis for putting together one hell of a show, thanks ladies! And my favorite skit was probably Stormy's beer solo, she was amazing. But overall, all the skits were way fun & had me smiling the whole show, it ruled!!!
SGB Detroit
I went with Annee, it was a blast! I gave Shera & Stormy the big gift box I had for the SG's that included fun stuff like coloring books, crayons, bubbles, balloons, slinkies, candy, dvds of Freeway & Jawbreaker, silly string & some other stuff. They loved it! Stormy covered me in silly string, it was great! I saw lots of familiar faces in Detroit, too many to list. And even met several new people too, always a good thing! After the show, we went to City Club & partied into the nite, then ended up crashing at veganpunk's pad, it was a long but fun nite!
SGB Newport, KY
I went alone to this show, but had a freaking blast! I ran into Poison, Maddy, grayce, & Micah which was cool since I don't see those SGKY peeps that often. I was front row for the whole show & it totally kicked ass! Shera totally covered my entire face in whipped cream, then Sicily doused me in chocolate syrup, with the help of Poison who joined the SG's onstage for the last part of the show. I was a big mess, but it was great & so wonderful, I had a freakin' blast! It was well worth the few 2 1/2 hours of sleep I got that nite!
To those who saw the 1st SGB tour, how did you think this SGB tour compared?
And sorry to all my Virginia friends that I was hoping to see this weekend, its just not gonna happen this weekend cause I physically can't do it, I need sleep! So I'm sorry to Tryst, Poe, Zui, dragonflycq, HillaryWallace, & neonangels, all who I was hoping to get to meet & hang out with this weekend. However, I am making definite plans right now letting you all know that I'm coming out Labor Day weekend in September, so I hope all you cool ass SG peeps will be able to hang out with me then!
So now my 4th of July weekend is completely open, anybody wanna hang out? I have no plans now!
I'm free just about all weekend, but Sunday I'm going to Sawyer Point in Cincinnati to see JOAN JETT & THE BLACKHEARTS & see the fireworks! If anybody is interested in meeting up there for that, hit me up ASAP! I think kellyjanice may try making it out, so that would totally rock. I can get all the details, just lemme know! And I might be in Columbus on Monday just to hang if anybody is free, lets hang out. But hit me up here or email me thru my journal & I'll get ya my cell #, I wanna do something this weekend. Everbody have a great 4th of July weekend!
