B-O-R-I-N-G!!!

I guess its about time for another update, but I really haven't been up to much over the last week. So this might end up being kinda short, but oh well!!! Last Friday myself & doctashock tried to get out to Bay City, Michigan to see Tryst's new band Rockbot, but that didn't happen cause we didn't find out what time the show started till it was too late, plus it was a 4 hour drive. Maybe next time though!!! So I spent the weekend just maxin' & relaxin... which means sleeping, watching tv & of course here on the puter. It was nice & well needed!!!

In other news, I really hate my job now! I mean I don't hate what I do, I hate what I'm getting paid. I mean I've been with the same company for 6+ years now & instead of my pay getting better, it has got worse. How messed up is that? I think the only thing that has kept me at this job for so long is my 3 weeks of paid vacation & my health insurance. I'm currently looking for a 2nd part time job... and after June will possibly be looking for another full time job. Yeah, I actually can't leave my job yet cause I have too much shit going on in June, but after that I'll be open to pretty much anything that will pay better so we'll see. I'm already looking at other jobs & will be submitting applications & resumes to places that may be an option for me in the future, so we'll see!!! But in the meantime, I guess I just have to suck it up & deal with it for now & just hope that something better comes along in the next few months.

I'm happy to say that I'm talking to my dear friend Colleen again, she was in this band I used to do alot of booking + promotion for. Yeah, so I'm really happy about that cause I hadn't talked to her since last November, so its good we're back in touch! I think I'll get to see her the weekend of June 12th when my friends Legbone play @ The Sidebar in Baltimore, I can't wait!!! So thats definitely some good news!!!

I swear this is gonna be the busiest spring / summer ever... so many things coming up in the next few months & I can't wait! I'm hoping that I'll get to see & hang out with alot of fellow SG members with all the stuff I have going on... and if anybody wants to hit up any of the stuff I have going on, hit me up as I can definitely use the company.

I'm still waiting for a Columbus date for the Suicide Girls Burlesque to be announced, so I'll be attending that show as well. But as you can tell, its gonna be a VERY busy spring / summer. And like I said earlier, if anybody wants to get out to ANY of this stuff, hit me up as I'd be happy to have some company along. All this stuff is gonna be a blast... and I can't wait!!!
