I'm up way late here on Sunday nite... but I don't have to work Monday so its all good! So that means I only have a 3 day week since I'm also off Friday cause of Good Friday. Now that's what I'm talking about! 
Its been a pretty uneventful weekend for the most part, havent really done much at all! I went & saw Legbone on Friday though, always good seeing those guys. It was a pretty decent show for a show out there at Jags in Dayton! And it was cool seeing Eko-Tox who I hadn't seen since they played my Punk Nite show last October. Good times! The rest of the weekend has been spent trying to clean my room, watching lots of MTV for some unknown reason, & of course sitting here in front of my computer. So its been pretty lame!!!
On the bad news front, Tryst & her kick ass roommate Raquel are being evicted from their apartment in Richmond,VA this Thursday. And that totally sucks cause they are 2 of my bestest friends in da world. They have a new place, but can't move in till May 1st! So Tryst is gonna be staying with a friend out there in RVA... and I think Raquel is gonna come out to Ohio & spend some of that time with me. She rocks so I can't wait to hang out with her, she's like a sister to me! We're going to see Rasputina on the 15th, so that should be cool. And hopefully I'll see some of the SGKY peeps like Maddy & Poison, so that should be cool. I dont know all of Raquel's plans yet, but I should know within the next day or so, but I'm guessing she'll be coming out by next weekend. I can't wait to see her though as I haven't seen her since December. We always have fun!
I'm trying to get a SG get together going on out there in Columbus with my dear friend kellyjanice, so keep yr eyes open in both our journals and the SGOHIO group too! I think we're shooting for something on one of the weekends this month, so be on the lookout!!!
And this coming Thursday, I'm getting together with CelticBootGirl & we're both going to see one of my favorite 80's icons & someone who I totally had a crush on when I was younger. Yup, this is her:
Yup Yup, that's 80's pop sensation & one of my childhood crushes TIFFANY. We're going to see her Thursday @ The Patio in Indianapolis, and I can't wait! I hope to meet her... and I'm so gonna tell her I had the biggest crush on her when I was little. Hopefully, I can get some pics & autographs of her... and hopefully she'll autograph the issue of Playboy that she is in. But I'm excited to actually see her live... cause I was all about the 80's, still am actually!
Other than that, I booked my next Punk Nite shows... and this will be a full weekend instead of just one show. So that means 2 shows on Friday June 4th + Saturday June 5th. Its gonna showcase like 10 killer punk rawk bands from the area & beyond. And the show on June 5th is gonna be Legbone's CD release party, so dont miss these shows. You will be able to get more info at the Punk Nite website, so check it out for all the bands who will be playing as they are confirmed! And June is gonna be one hell of a busy month, I can't wait! I already have plans every single weekend that month... Punk Nite is June 4th + 5th... then I'm going to Baltimore w/ Legbone June 12th for their show out there... SG Cedar Point Day is June 19th & of course Pink House Party 4 is the following day I think... and then the SGB II shows in Detroit & Cleveland are June 26th + 27th respectively... so that is gonna be one hell of a month. I can't wait!!!
