Today was absolutely insane. Got up at 3:30 to make it to the station by 4. Put together clips for the show, pulled the show prep materials, sports report & grabbed a few things that we'd need at the bar.
Headed to the bar, helped set up the "broadcast booth", found a spot for the clock, and made sure all of the finalists for drunken idol were in the house and ready to go.
Then once the show started, I was in charge of wrangling all of the contestants for midget bowling & Andy's Pot of Gold had paperwork filled out and such, helped set up the midget bowling lane, & helped people covered in creamed corn clean up in the bathroom, got things for the crew.
I did get to drink half of a Guinness, so that was nice.
All in all, it was a good day, but it's not over yet. Now I have to go into the station and edit together a recap of the morning's events for tomorrow's show. *laugh*
