Hello SG folks,
I hope this finds everything well and good.
Im taking it easy tonight, reading the Rolling Stones top 500 albums of all time and letting my cats sleep.
I got the job I was interviewing for. The good news its a lot more money in a relatively stress free environment, no dress code and whatever music I want. The bad news is its a suckin commute, I loose my free coffee and lunch, many more hours and a semi-dangerous workplace (this is the same place where I lost the tip of my finger, oh punkinhead trivia aces). Long story short is this is the job that will get me my next house a little place for me and BG to live with our cats and plants. Ah, the things we do for love!
My wonderful lunatic of an ex-boss let me have this whole last week off from work I can now take a leisurely trip to FL to visit my aunt and cousins for Tday. Its always too long between these kind of visits. I miss my family and wish they could teleport over for Sunday dinner every week. And then leave quietly after helping me with the dishes.
Writing is going fairly well. I just get lazy around the holidays so the output is down, but Im coming up with fun stuff and having a blast putting it down. As long as its still this much fun I dont mind the fact that I have published three books and havent earned enough for them to pay for a decent weekend in Atlantic City.
Thats the news. Love for yall, SG land. And I like the new features. And the new sets. Hell, I'm feeling pretty damn good about our entire arrangement.
take it light,

Taoist Thought of the Day: Without going out of your door you can know the ways of the world.
Cat Report: I hate the thought of leaving them for the three days Ill be gone for Thanksgiving. My poor pretty chickens. My roommates never feed them enough nor give them enough love.
Factoid: I still have my first plant, called Special Control Group. I have a little song I sing to him sometimes, to the tune of Getting To Know You Special Control Group, Special Control all about groups , . . I sing little songs to most of the things I love.
Confidential to Rolling Stone: What Neanderthal decided that Madonnas Music, ZZ Tops Eliminator and Def Leppards Pyromania are better albums than Janes Addictions Ritual de lo Habitual? What were ya'll doing, pulling record names out of a fucking hat?
I hope this finds everything well and good.
