Worst customer service mistake ever: send me a cut-and-paste knowledge base article in response to my legitimate request for help. Bonus points: make sure the article really has nothing to do with what I need. Extra bonus points: blame me or my PC for the error when it's clearly your issue.

As crazy as it sounds, I've never held a job for three years! I max out at just over 2.5, which is crazy at my old age. I'm glad you are happy enough to stick around! That's always a good sign. It's taking all of my willpower not to rant to you about my current job. Grrrr.
