So I got my ISIS ticket and a ticket to the Soundwave Festival. The credit card has taken a beating but I'm happy I've got a few shows lined up to go check out. All that's needed now is to book flights and a hotel for Melbourne so I get to see Tool.

Hung out with Lisa on Saturday and had a great fucking night. Sunk the piss and laughed a lot, then we watched Hard Candy.

Band is going well; we started piecing together a new song today, the second week we've been messing around with the parts sans guitarist. He's just been slack and has 'forgotten' to appear. I vouched that he be booted. I don't want a slack stoner guitarist who isn't fucking switched on to not only our own music but the world in general. Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia...

If you can't find that particular man or his head then a better use of your time might be spent attending our next gig on Saturday January 6. Aforementioned new material will be unveiled. And we're playing with Meniscus which is always lovely.

Really happy that both Chuck Palahniuk and will Christopher Baer have new books out next year; more media to take in.
