SO excited about my first set on Zivity being chosen for Editor's pick! Also pretty impressed and happy for @vxmpire as she's had two sets out of two chosen for Editor's pick. Go take a peak at the beautiful work we've done together: Vampire dance

In other news, Fantasia festival was fun, and is over now, so that means summer is ending pretty soon as well (sorry for being the reminder of bad news!) I haven't seen anything incredible this year, but there is a noteworthy event I've attended: DJXL5's Blaxploitation zappin party. DJXL5 is one of the main organizers of the festival, and each year he programs a compilation of trailers and bits of movies of a particular genre, (among other things). He's done Zombies, Bollywood, Italian movies... and now Blaxploitation movies, of which I must say I knew very little. This was pretty funny and entertaining, and gave me a few ideas as to which movies of that genre I'd like to watch next. I love these events because they are the creation of an obvious cinephile, and it is as fun as it is instructive.

In other news, school will start soon enough... as you know I won't have as much time to give you as I have during summer, but I will do my best to keep you entertained. I must say, my next set (as a model!!) will be coming somewhere in September and will hopefully please you. It's been so long since I modelled, I'm kind of getting nervous about it again! Since then, I wish you the best of what's left of August.
