Now that's some good news right there! I really want to thank everybody for all your awesome comments, you all helped me going live! And I am honestly surprised by how fast it all went... a week is very good, nothing I would've expected! Thanks again. Thanks to Shazzy too, for she helped me bring out my nice side again. How's it all been going?
Yeah you know, lyrics don't often mean very much to me, either. I mean, I have this best friend of mine in Portland, and this guy, I mean he *breathes* that stuff, you know? It's like poetry to him. But for me, for me to really get the lyrics, they typically have to be sung very clearly and be very unique. Like the lyrics to that BTBAM song I posted, I had to look that shit up, because Tommy Rogers literally sounds like an enraged lion when he sings those lines.
Anyway, it really feels good to get a comment back from you and to know that you're not through with me yet. I dunno, you probably have the right to be, considering I've been posting like, what, once a millennium. But seriously, I'm really going to try to stick with it this time, and this last post will be my final strictly-lyrics blog for a while. I just really, really love The Arcade Fire. (If you've seen them floating around the local bars where you're at, I'm going to be so extremely jealous.)
