Well. I survived my first Bikram Yoga class! It was *awesome*
100 degree room tempurature (or at least near that!). *edit* I stand corrected, it was actually 105!!!
Sweat. Lots of it. Dripping. Red faced. For 1.5 hours.
I had to sit down a few times cause I felt like fainting. But damn, I feel good now!!!! I feel like a jelly fish
I'm going to do my best to go every Wednesday and possibly Sunday mornings.
