When it is 90 or more degrees how come people are still out in long sleaves? I mean Im working up a sweat drinking beer on my deck and people are out walking and working in their yards in long sleaves.

i am going to guess that they are retarded, or tyring to avoid getting sun burnt.

I wear long sleeves sometimes when it's warm. Usually the buildings are so cold inside that I have to wear a sweatshirt or something.
