the interview went well. i should find out if i got the job by monday. i was the first of five girls scheduled for interviews. from the sound of things we all have the same level of experience, so i'm not up against any old pros or anything. the lady doing the interview was the owner of the salon, her name is tracy. i was honestly expecting someone a bit older but she couldn't have been more than a little older than my mom. the salon was beautiful, very relaxing environment. the relaxing effects were totally lost on me though, i was a nervous wreck. if i do get the job it means i will have to go shopping, tracy said she expects all the girls that work there to dress nicely. sweet, a job that means i could look good at work! i am always disappointed that my best hair days are wasted at albertsons. she also said that she is completely cool with the tattoos and piercings and anything i choose to do with my hair. which is awesome. so now i just have to play the waiting game. i hope to god i get this job. i need this job. the drive is okay, i drove farther to get to school. i would have taken picture of how i looked this morning but my camera is on the fritz. it won't focus even though joe went through and reset all the settings, i don't know what to do about it. guess i will have to go in search of the dreaded owner's manual. i was wasting time a the beauty supply store the other day when i found some tubes of lip balm with a picture of a badger on it, they were so cute that i bought two.
