I'm crossing my fingers, I finally found the apartment I was looking for, and it sounds like I'm going to get it, though I don't know yet whether I'll have to pay last as well as the first, deposit, and pet deposit. I kind of hope not because then I'd be way ahead by this time in two months. But then again, not having to pay this month's rent on my current apartment makes it easy to move into the next, so if they want it, I guess it'll be for the best. This is looking good.
