Alright, I just got back from my first 'SG event'. My impressions? It started out with a tackle-hug from Freckle, which was one helluva welcome (thanks, hon.) and then I met Dreammaker, Roxy, and some others whom I don't know the pseudonyms of. They were friendly and lovely but me, I was too tired and godawful shy to say much. Ric and Erin showed up and I wanted so much to introduce myself, as well as to a small host of other groovy cats, but I felt a bit awkward which happens to me from time to time (or alot depending on your perspective).
I can tell they are great people and I hope that I can get over myself enough to get to know some of them in the future.
So, if you were there and if you think me distant, my apologies, sometimes I'm socially out of sorts, and I'll endeavor to be better the next time I make it out.
Also, it's curious to note I had a feeling of deja vu damn near the whole night. I swear I've lived this life many a time before.
Ramble off. Thankyou, thankyou very much.
P.S. Christine was durned cute and I rather liked her last choice of songs.
