I saw this video on YT to help me meditating, the monk explains us how our mind just cant stop to think abt stuff and actually give a real simple trick. meditating is not forcing yourself to stop your thoughts, but simply give your monkey mind something to do and focus on, like breathing. you mind will have other thoughts, simply return to breath and dont answer other things. actually you can meditate everywhere, one or 2 seconds or 5 minutes or 30 minites ot doesnt matter.
So i found myself trying this on the metro station deck waiting, it helps me relax and when i sat in the metro, i could just felt the serenity of being in woods near nature, very briefly but it was amazing :-)
